Washington State Certified Peer Counselor in Youth & Family since 2015
As a Certified Peer Counselor with lived experience in the area of mental health, I understand the despair that life can sometimes bring. I learned that there is always hope, and the use of varied tools to support that hope. I am certified in Mental Health First Aid in youth & family, ASIST, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training & SafeTALK. I am also fully trained by Lifelines in postvention, intervention and prevention: K-12 and it is transformational to higher learning.

My dedication is to support the individual while advocating for their life. I strive to help individuals identify the hope in their lives and the tools that evolve with them as they engage with life. We can identify other professional and non-professional team members for use as your personal support team. Progress is up to the individual. Living is a group activity! Remember, pain not transformed is transferred. Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-8255.
